I have the same issue on my pad and also on the pc in my lab. I filed a trouble complaint along time ago and they said they would get right back to me. I haven’t heard from them since. This was about three months ago. I haven’t heard from them at all. I have upgraded several software and firmware revisions. A few things got fixed. One major problem is I have to reset the nRST before being able to use it. It will only respond to a very few commands until I reset it. If I leave the pcconnected to it I will have control when I get back but will not have audio. My RSP1a works great with all my machines as well as SDRuno.
