Is it possible that the US Navy submarine mega-station (Cutler, ME), NAA, 24.0 kHz is off the air? This station is usually 40++ db over S9 at my NE MA QTH, but tonight, nothing! Has anyone else noticed this? NML4 25.2 kHz (LaMoure, ND) is still there.
