I connected to KPH briefly on Saturday about Noon Central Time and it was working, though only 1 NDB could be heard at that time of day. But I've tried a few more times including just now at ~ 0400 Pacific Time; the site is working but the waterfall is completely devoid of signals.
I'll keep looking on http://kiwisdr.com/.public/ and http://rx.linkfanel.net/. Just ran across https://rx.skywavelinux.com/ too. Will post if I find another good one.
