Update on 22 m RTTY signal

At 1236z, the FSK signal sent this in FSK CW:
VVV VVV RDL RDL RDL RDL 3002- 00702 30029 00702 30029 00702 00702 V followed by a brief
RTTY string. lasting for about 3 minutes.
